Equity Properties Inc. was managing address change requests manually. Every update meant email back-and-forth and someone entering data by hand. I built a solution that handled it automatically, in under a week.

Here's exactly what changed for the Equity Properties admin team.
✗ Admin reads, parses, and enters data manually by hand ✗ No confirmation sent to the tenant after submission ✗ Admin time eaten by a routine, repeatable task
✓ Formatted email lands in admin inbox automatically ✓ Every submission logged to Google Sheets with timestamp ✓ Admin team freed to focus on more important work

The Full Story
A Disruption to Daily Operations
Equity Properties Inc. manages properties across Hawaii. Like most property management firms, they deal with a steady stream of routine tenant requests — one of the most common being address changes. The process they had in place was entirely manual. Tenants emailed in, someone on the admin team read the email, extracted the relevant information, and entered it by hand wherever it needed to go. There was no standard format, no automatic record, and no way to track what had changed or when. For a team managing multiple properties, this kind of friction adds up fast.
What I was asked to build
The brief was simple: build a clean, professional online form for tenants to submit address changes — one that captured the right information every time, automatically notified the admin team, and kept a running log of every submission. No more digging through email threads. No more manual data entry.
What I was asked to build
A single-page form built in Framer — clean, mobile-friendly, and designed to feel professional to the tenant submitting it. Under the hood: every submission triggers an automatic formatted email to the admin inbox and simultaneously logs the entry to a Google Sheet with a timestamp, the tenant's details, and the change requested. The form validates required fields before submission so incomplete requests can't get through. The whole solution was live in one week.
The Results
The admin team no longer manually enters address changes. Every request comes in structured, gets logged automatically, and lands in their inbox in a consistent format. What used to take back-and-forth emails and manual data entry now takes the tenant 60 seconds and the admin team zero additional steps.
